At 45 minutes driving from the city center and 30 minutes driving from Leonardo da Vinci Airport there are a few modern private Marinas: Riva di Traiano built taking up forms and architectures of historical works of the territory that is spread over an area of 225 hectares and equipped with about 1200 berths, and Santa Marinella placed in a suggestive setting with Odescalchi Castle standing out in the background.

Roma’s traditional gastronomy is almost unchanged in time. It is based on fresh vegetables, the king is definitely the artichoke, whether deep fried, simmered in olive oil with garlic and mint, or “alla giudia”. Not to mention the pasta, of course, a staple for every Italian, and therefore every Roman. From “carbonara” and “amatriciana” to spaghetti “ajo e ojo” (simple but so effective, with its fiery mix of olive oil, garlic and chili pepper).
