Monina Corporate Sailing provide tailor-made programmes with added passion, thrills and adventure. It offers corporate sailing programmes for one or two days, including an overnight stay aboard on the yachts. It organizes every detail on behalf of the client, from travel, accommodation and catering to entertainment and branding.

It works with the client to design a bespoke programme to meet the specific requirements of your business, regardless of your team’s sailing experience, and it will assist the client with company incentives, conferences, team building, management training, branding and sponsorship – all elements of a successful and productive corporate sailing event.

Team Winds possesses a unique fleet of a single type of boat (one-design sailboat), located in 4 reknowed and easily accessible sites (Marseille, La Trinité-sur-Mer, La Rochelle and Lisbon), we organize or participate in a large variety of sailing regatta programs involving both private individuals and companies, using one-design sailboats that are all identical.
